Delivery Policy

Areas Served Locally:- East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sagaponack, Sag Harbor, Wainscott, Amagansett, Water Mill and Southampton.

Same Day Delivery Service
Same day delivery is available for all East Hampton,  Sag Harbor, Amagansett, Bridgehampton, and Sagaponack if the order is received before 1:00PM PST Monday Thru Saturday. Deliveries Began at 10AM and are completed by 7 PM.

Sunday Delivery Information
Sunday deliveries are usually not available however if a Sunday Delivery is needed please contact our store so that we can see if we can schedule a delivery. Sunday deliveries will have a $25.00 delivery charge added to the order.

Orders Outside Of Our Delivery Area
Deliveries outside this towns are available by transmitting your order to another florist.  However our products on our
website are only available for delivery by our shop only. If you need to send flowers outside of our delivery area please choose general product.

Timed Deliveries
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries during specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee an exact time.
Please specify if you would like your delivery before 1PM or after 1PM.

Holiday Order Delivery Policy

Due to the high volume of orders placed online, over the phone and walk-ins it is very difficult to deliver a “Last Minute Order.” Any order received three days prior to a holiday is considered to be a “Last Minute Order” and cannot be guaranteed for a specific time. To ensure that your order gets out for your holiday celebrations you should order your gifts and arrangements AT LEAST 4 business days prior to the holiday event.         
 
(Due to the high volume of orders we cannot guarantee specific times during holidays)
If the order is going to a business or school we will call to acquire their operating hours and deliver your arrangement before their closing time.
